Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, are computer literate with QSI/Denticon experience, and can present treatment plans and costs clearly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to a happy and healthy smile.
