Gentle Dental Ballard in Seattle is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from initial exam to treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans and financial options, guide scheduling, and help patients understand costs while maintaining compassionate communication.

This full-time role provides 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, at 5900 15th Ave. NW, Seattle, WA 98107. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits and opportunities to advance in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment.
• From the first appointment to the last, lead patients to a happy and healthy smile.
