Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI or Denticon is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the full treatment cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Present treatment plans and discuss costs and financing with patients.
• Support scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience from first to last visit.
