Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, proficiency with dental software, and a willingness to assist patients with treatment plans and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last for a happy and healthy smile.
