Job summary

Mid-Peninsula Dental Specialists in Los Altos, CA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients and scheduling. You’ll explain treatment options, coordinate surgeries, and ensure smooth communication among offices and teams.

Join a collaborative, patient-centered practice with growth opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and a Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule. Training provided and a focus on accuracy and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience & understanding of accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office and Excel (dental software a plus).
• Efficient work ethic with attention to detail in clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) between referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and communicate clearly among all parties.

Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling Pay: $27 - 32 / hr. Schedule: Tues - Fri 7:00 - 4:00

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams

What You Need
