Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling to join Daydreams Procedure Center. You’ll help patients understand treatment options, coordinate schedules, and support the referral and surgery processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Grand Rapids, MI, paying $22–$24 per hour with a Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience with accounting & office systems (Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Attention to detail in clerical procedures, scheduling, and data filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and communicate between all parties.

Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling Pay: $22 - 24 / hr. Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 - 5

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties

What You Need

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
• Experience & understanding of accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel (dental software systems a plus!)
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.
