Job summary

Gentle Dental Hayward is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and guide patients through the proposed plan to a happy, healthy smile.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and coordinating with the dental team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and value teammates who care, listen, and contribute to community health.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate is a must; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment to patients.
• Lead patients through the full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance and post-care follow-up.
