Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial planning and options based on proposed care, guiding patients through from first appointment to final acceptance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate – QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred.

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
