Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators for full-time and part-time roles in our dental offices. You will guide patients through the full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, explaining financial options and planning based on proposed care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; knowing QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to the last to ensure a happy, healthy smile.
