Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring for a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance, explaining financial options and scheduling. This full-time role requires empathy and strong communication to help patients and families achieve a healthy smile.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of front office experience in a medical setting and orthodontic exposure. QSI experience is a plus, bilingual skills are valued, and the team offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• 1 year of experience in Ortho.
• Computer literate; QSI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Monitor progress to ensure completion of the dental treatment plan and update the attending doctor.
• Be knowledgeable about insurance plans, exclusions and limitations.
• Ensure forms for predeterminations have been submitted and patients notified of status.
