Gentle Dental is hiring for Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present financial options and help patients understand costs to secure treatment and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options to patients.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to completion.
