Gentle Dental is hiring for Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and guide patients through costs associated with proposed treatments while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus; able to present Treatment Plans and discuss costs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last toward accepting treatment and achieving a healthy smile.
• Manage patient flow and ensure an excellent patient experience in the front office.
