Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors professionally.
• Coordinate patient admissions and transitions across levels of care.
• Support treatment teams with administrative duties and assessments.
• Distribute and collect treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys.
• Coordinate transportation and outside medical appointments as directed.
