Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington state is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and families, coordinating admissions and transitions across levels of care. This full-time role (40 hours/week, M-F) anchors the patient experience with warm, professional support.

Responsibilities include admissions, coordinating referrals, scheduling, coordinating transportation, and administrative duties such as greeting visitors and handling mail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions: greet patients/families, identify referrals, coordinate with treatment team.
• Administrative duties: greet visitors, manage mail and supplies, maintain binders and forms.
• Coordinating transportation and treatment appointments as directed by staff.
