Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to act as the first contact for patients and families, coordinating admissions and transitions across care levels. The role supports treatment teams and helps ensure timely completion of assessments and surveys.

Schedule is Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's in healthcare, business, or related field preferred. Join a team committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admitting patients and coordinating transitions across levels of care to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Provide administrative support to treatment teams and manage treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys.
• Greet and assist visitors, obtain signed confidentiality statements, and manage arrival workflow.
• Coordinate outside medical appointments and arrange transportation as directed by medical staff.
