Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions management.
• Send welcome emails and coordinate with care teams.
• Assist with admissions in medical records system and portal setup.
• Greet visitors and handle confidential information.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate transportation and daily attendance.
• Coordinate outside medical appointments as directed.
