Job summary

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Virginia Beach. You will present treatment plans, educate patients on treatment options, and guide them through financial options.

You'll manage pending reports, follow up with prospects to schedule treatment, prepare for exams, and coordinate referrals to specialists. A proactive, empathetic communicator thrives in our people‑first environment and helps keep timelines and engagements on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or another service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment, overcoming objections.
• Explain the practice's policy on financials and educate patients on payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment, keeping schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
