Job summary

Choice-Healthcare-Services seeks a Dental Treatment Orthodontic Coordinator in San Diego to join a fun and friendly orthodontic team. Bilingual Spanish-English required. Competitive pay with bonus potential is offered.

Responsibilities include managing payments, insurance processes, authorizations, scheduling orthodontic appointments, and presenting financing options to patients. Prior front office dental experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Pay Range: $22.00 - to $28.00 /hr (Based on experience) Plus Bonus plan where you can make up to $1200.00 extra per month

• Collect and process payments

• Follow up with authorizations back from Dental Insurance companies
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments for orthodontics

• Present Dental Orthodontic cases for treatment in regards for financial arrangements
