You will manage payments, navigate dental insurance processes, schedule and recall orthodontic treatment, verify eligibility, and present financial options to patients.

Qualifikationen

• Must have dental front office experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

• Collect and process payments.
• Understand dental insurance process.
• Follow up with authorizations from dental insurers.
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments for orthodontics.
• Confirms treatment appointments.
• Checks patients in and out for dental appointment.
• Verifies eligibility with insurance.
• Present Dental Orthodontic cases for treatment in regards for financial arrangements.
