Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Understand dental insurance process.
• Follow up with authorizations back from dental insurance companies.
• Schedules treatment appointments and recalls for orthodontics.
• Confirms treatment appointments.
• Checks patients in and out for dental appointments.
• Verifies eligibility with insurance.
• Present orthodontic cases for treatment and financial arrangements.
