CHOICE Healthcare Services in San Diego is seeking a Dental Treatment Orthodontic Coordinator to join a brand new, friendly ortho practice. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English and offers competitive pay in the $22–$28/hour range with a bonus plan up to $1200 per month.

You will manage payments, navigate dental insurance processes, schedule and recall orthodontic treatment, verify eligibility, and present financial options to patients.

Pay Range $22.00 - to $28.00 /hr (Based on experience) Plus Bonus plan where you can make up to $1200.00 extra per month

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments
• Understand dental insurance process
• Follow up with authorizations back from Dental Insurance companies
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments for orthodontics
• Confirms treatment appointments
• Checks patients in and out fro dental appointment
• Verifies eligibility with insurance
• Present Dental Orthodontic cases for treatment in regards for financial arrangements

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have dental front office experience to be considered
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
