Southern Orthodontic Partners’ Indigo Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This full-time role emphasizes case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination to support patient experiences.

You will present treatment options, explain fees and payment plans, coordinate with clinicians and staff, and help achieve production goals while delivering excellent patient service. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Dental Treatment Coordination or similar role.
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
