Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in orthodontic coordination, strong case presentation skills, and proficiency with insurance and payment plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred).
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements
