Toombs Orthodontics in Prairie Village is hiring a rockstar Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, family‑oriented team. You’ll be the welcoming face for new patients and partner with our doctors to guide them through the orthodontic journey.

The role emphasizes presenting treatment plans with confidence, overcoming objections with empathy, and delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact through aftercare. We offer quarterly bonuses and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right superstar!)
