Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, reviewing insurance and financing options, and coordinating scheduling to maximize productivity while collaborating with providers and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office.

We\'re opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof.

We\'re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is excited to be part of a founding team-helping build workflows, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive the success of a new practice from the ground up.
