You will explain treatment plans, review insurance, and help patients understand financing while coordinating scheduling and collaborating with clinicians and front desk. This role offers a stable schedule, comprehensive benefits, and growth as the practice expands.

We're opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof.

We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is excited to be part of a founding team-helping build workflows, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive the success of a new practice from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, estimates, and financial options
• Support case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questions
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivity
