We're a four-doctor, full-scope practice offering family dentistry, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic care, sedation, sleep apnea treatment, and same-day emergency appointments. We're growing and looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who takes as much pride in this practice as we do.

What You'll Own

• Present treatment plans and guide patients through their options with clarity and confidence
  
• Build trusted patient relationships that support case acceptance
  
• Schedule appointments and manage an efficient, productive provider schedule
  
• Verify insurance benefits and deliver accurate, easy-to-understand breakdowns
  
• Collect patient balances and support financial arrangements (in-house options, CareCredit)
  
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment to keep the schedule full
  
• Submit insurance claims, pre-determinations, and supporting documentation
  
• Review and interpret EOBs and follow up on outstanding claims
  
• Coordinate specialty referrals and maintain accurate patient records
  
• Run EOD and EOM reports
  
• Keep the reception area polished, professional, and welcoming
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience is required
  
• Minimum 1 year of treatment coordination experience is required
  
• Confident presenting treatment plans and leading patient financial conversations
  
• Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, EOBs, and claims but you lead with the patient, not the paperwork
  
• Open Dental experience preferred (not required we'll train the right person)
  
• Warm, professional communicator
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  
• Team-oriented with a natural leadership presence
