A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, comprehensive dental practice in Irving, Texas, to recruit an experienced, highly motivated Executive Dental Treatment Coordinator for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
This is not simply a scheduling or front-office position. The practice is seeking a confident, results-driven treatment closer who can take ownership of the patient journey from treatment presentation through financial arrangements, case acceptance, follow-up, and scheduling.
The ideal candidate knows how to build genuine trust with patients, communicate the value of recommended dentistry, confidently discuss financial commitments, overcome objections, and turn diagnosed treatment into scheduled care. This individual should be hungry, proactive, polished, and accountable for results while maintaining a patient-first approach.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
- Team members are expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first patient
Compensation
- $25–$30 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-coordination ability
- Strong consideration will be given to candidates with a proven history of case acceptance and high-value treatment conversion

Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients following diagnosis and treatment recommendations
- Build trust and help patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment
- Present and close larger comprehensive, implant, cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign, and rehabilitative cases
- Confidently discuss treatment fees and financial commitments
- Review payment and financing options with patients
- Identify barriers preventing patients from moving forward with treatment
- Effectively address objections involving cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment
- Convert accepted treatment into scheduled production
- Consistently follow up with patients who leave without scheduling
- Re-engage patients with outstanding or unscheduled treatment
- Maintain an organized treatment pipeline and follow-up system
- Track presented, accepted, scheduled, and pending treatment
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate treatment and financial documentation
- Help increase case acceptance and scheduled production
- Deliver a professional, personalized patient experience throughout the treatment process

The Ideal Candidate
This position is designed for someone who understands that an Executive Treatment Coordinator does much more than hand a patient a treatment estimate.
The ideal candidate is a closer who knows how to listen . They can identify what is truly preventing a patient from moving forward, communicate solutions confidently, and create appropriate urgency without making the patient feel pressured.
We are seeking someone who takes ownership of the treatment pipeline, follows up consistently, understands the numbers, and is motivated by increasing case acceptance and scheduled production while protecting the trust and integrity of the patient relationship.
Requirements
- Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance and close treatment
- Comfortable discussing significant treatment costs with patients
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment sequencing
- Implant, cosmetic, restorative, and Invisalign treatment knowledge preferred
- Strong consultative sales and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Confident handling patient concerns and objections
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence with unscheduled treatment
- Goal-oriented and comfortable being accountable for measurable results
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, polished, and personable
- Able to work effectively with multiple providers and a larger dental team
- Fee-for-service dental experience highly desirable
- Open Dental experience is a plus
