Job summary

Gentle Dental in Lynnwood, WA is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and help patients understand costs associated with proposed care.

All roles offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth; candidates with front office Medical experience and Denticon or QSI familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients’ full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.
