Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial options and guiding them from the first to the last appointment. The role offers a full benefits package and opportunities in our Seattle/Bellingham traveling footprint.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with QSI or Denticon preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.


• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).


• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Pay Range

• $24.00 - $28.00 per hour/DOE
