Job summary

Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through acceptance of treatment. You will clearly present treatment plans and cost estimates, guiding patients to make informed decisions.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills, and the ability to discuss options with patients. This position is based at our Lynnwood office with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.

Pay Range

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE
