Job summary

Gentle Dental Battle Ground is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through the full treatment cycle, from diagnosis to acceptance. You will present treatment plans, explain costs, and help patients choose care options that fit their needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, are computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and can communicate clearly. This full-time or part-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate treatment options and costs to patients.
• Guide patients from first appointment to last and lead to treatment acceptance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.

Pay Range

• $21-$22 per hour DOE
