Job summary

Gentle Dental Reno Northwest is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for full-time, 40 hours per week. You will guide patients through the full treatment cycle, presenting plans and financial options based on proposed care, and steer them to a healthy smile from first visit to completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a medical front office, strong computer skills, and the ability to discuss costs clearly. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; Denticon/QSI experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last toward a healthy smile.
