Job summary

Gentle Dental Sehome Village in Bellingham, WA is hiring Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and assist patients in choosing the best care plan.

This role supports a patient-centric, team-based office environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a medical front office, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to discuss treatment costs with patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and options to patients based on proposed treatment.
• Manage patients full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Pay Range

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE
