Job summary

Gentle Dental Battle Ground is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance in a fast-paced dental practice. You will clearly explain treatment options and financial plans, helping patients choose the best path to a healthy smile.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork with clinicians, and a commitment to patient care. Full-time, in-office position with benefits and opportunities to grow within the Gentle Dental network.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment.
• From the first appointment to the last, lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
