Job summary

Smile Doctors is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, handle financial arrangements, and build strong patient relationships. You’ll manage follow-ups, schedule consultations, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Bilingual is a plus; competitive salary with bonus options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities
