Smile Doctors LLC is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options and to manage financial arrangements, while building strong patient relationships.

The role involves presenting orthodontic plans, following up with potential patients, preparing for exams, and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed. A customer-focused, empathetic communicator will thrive in a fast-growing practice with an emphasis on team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Pay Range: $21.60 - $27.35
