Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role educates new patients on treatment options, works out financial arrangements, and builds strong patient relationships.

The role involves presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through payment options, following up to schedule treatment, and coordinating referrals when needed. A focus on excellent communication and empathy is essential to nurture patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain the practice's policy on financials and educate patients on payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.

Pay Range: $21.60 - $27.35
