Job summary

Gentle Dental in Washington state is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will effectively communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.

Opportunities include a full benefits package and competitive pay. This is a full-time position (40 hours) with a stated pay range of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate is a must; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final, achieving a happy and healthy smile.
