Gentle Dental in Palo Alto is seeking Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial planning and options based on proposed care, guiding patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical/dental setting, are computer-literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and have experience presenting treatment plans and costs.
