Arizona Oral Facial and Implant Surgery in Chandler and San Tan Valley, AZ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Treatment Consultant/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! In this patient-facing role, you'll be the bridge between exceptional surgical care and the patients who need it, guiding them through treatment options with confidence and empathy. Responsibilities:

• Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and compelling manner
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support case acceptance and follow-through
• Coordinate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient communication and scheduling
• Provide financial consultations, including presenting payment options, financing plans, and insurance coverage
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions and encourage treatment completion
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment plan progress within the practice management system
• Support front office operations and contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation to post-op

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, medical or specialty healthcare sales/consulting role is necessary
• Strong knowledge of dental, medical and oral surgery procedures, terminology, and treatment planning is required
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and close cases with professionalism and empathy
• Experience with dental insurance verification and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously
