Qualifications

• Experience with dental insurance verification and third-party financing.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately.
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support case acceptance.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and surgeons for seamless communication and scheduling.
• Provide financial consultations, including payment options and insurance coverage.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to encourage treatment completion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment plan progress.
• Support front office operations and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
