Arizona Oral Facial and Implant Surgery in Chandler, AZ is seeking a motivated Treatment Consultant/Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through surgical options with confidence and empathy. In this patient-facing role, you'll bridge exceptional surgical care and the patients who need it.

You will present treatment plans, build relationships to support case acceptance, coordinate with clinicians for scheduling, provide financial guidance including payment options and insurance coverage, and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental, medical or specialty healthcare sales/consulting.
• Knowledge of dental, medical and oral surgery procedures and treatment planning.
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and close cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously.

• Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and compelling manner
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support case acceptance and follow-through
• Coordinate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient communication and scheduling
• Provide financial consultations, including presenting payment options, financing plans, and insurance coverage
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions and encourage treatment completion
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment plan progress within the practice management system
• Support front office operations and contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation to post-op
