About the Role:

Los Angeles Oral & Facial Surgery is looking for a motivated and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our boutique Beverly Hills practice. In this role, you'll be the vital link between patients and their surgical care journey, helping individuals feel confident and informed every step of the way. Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through treatment plans for oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, ensuring full understanding and informed consent
• Present and explain financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans to patients and families
• Coordinate scheduling for consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up appointments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer service throughout the care continuum
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure seamless patient flow
• Interact with 3rd party insurance biller to ensure insurance eligibility, submit pre-authorizations, and accurately document treatment records in practice management software
• Follow up with prospective patients to support case acceptance and address outstanding questions

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a dental, oral surgery, or specialty dental practice setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental/oral surgery terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and financial arrangements with confidence and empathy
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (Sensei Cloud, DSN, or other similar cloud software)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced specialty practice
• Bilingual (English and Spanish/Russian) a plus but not required
