New Season Treatment Centers in Utah seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a patient-focused center. You will collaborate with the Medical Director, Regional leadership, clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, training, recruitment collaboration, financial oversight, data accuracy in EMR, and maintaining a patient-centered environment while driving ROI and performance metrics.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Services or related field.
• One (1) year of management experience unless required by state regulations.
• Multi-unit healthcare experience preferred.
• Education/Licensure/Certification needed per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manages clinic staff and ensures adherence to organizational standards.
• Partner with Talent Acquisitions on recruiting center staff.
• Oversees cash handling and financial oversight for the center.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintains accurate EMR data inputs and patient documentation.
• Monitors patient intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork.
