Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the opiate treatment program (OTP) clinic.

You will oversee operations, ensure budgeted results, and supervise staff while aligning with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. The role requires experience administering clinical programs, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of HIPAA and related standards to drive quality patient care and census growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in substance abuse context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interview, hire, train and supervise clinic staff.
• Evaluate, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel.
• Provide direction to clinic personnel and relay corporate goals.
• Supervise staff to ensure performance goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and related regs.
• Prepare and file licensure, permits and other regulatory applications.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Develop partnerships to drive census growth and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations accordingly.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant and QA/QI activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related
