New Season Treatment Centers seeks a Clinic Manager to lead the Toledo area clinic operations, ensuring safe, compliant care for patients with opioid use disorder. You will collaborate with medical leadership, regional teams, and center staff to optimize care delivery and patient outcomes.

The role oversees staff development, training, and adherence to CARF/compliance standards, while managing intake, financials, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Education, Licensure and/or Certification needed per individual state requirements.
• Knowledge of Substance Abuse treatment and applicable laws.
• Minimum of three (3) years in Human Services or related fields; one (1) year of management experience; multi-unit healthcare preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manages, guides, coaches and disciplines all staff within their clinic according to organizational standards.
• Provides proper training and development to ensure that all staff and contract labor.
• Oversees patient intake, discharge and aftercare paperwork.
• Monitors key performance indicators, evaluates trends and drives toward goals.
• Responsible for profit and loss of the center and drives results with self pay and third party patients.
