Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers in Portland, OR, seeks a Program Director to lead a clinic team and mobile unit, partnering with Medical Director and regional teams to ensure patient wellbeing and safety.

You will oversee staff training, recruitment, and compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR; manage financials, data accuracy in EMR, and ensure optimal clinic operations within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance abuse treatment or healthcare practice management.
• Five years of paid full-time experience in the field; at least one year in a paid administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team and mobile unit day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR Parts 160 & 164.
• Oversee budget, payroll, and revenue cycle activities.
• Develop staff training and ensure quality patient care across the clinic.
