Are you a confident communicator who loves helping patients say yes to the care they need? Mor Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
If you excel at building trust, presenting treatment clearly, and guiding patients from consultation to completion, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome new and existing patients and create a warm, supportive experience.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing.
- Guide patients through implant, cosmetic, and general dentistry treatment pathways.
- Own the follow-up process: scheduling, phone calls, text follow-ups, and keeping cases moving forward.
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
- Track and report case acceptance metrics (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required)
- Strong communication and case presentation skills
- Comfort discussing finances with patients
- Understanding of dental insurance basics and financing options
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment
