Your Talent Team is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Oakland to lead therapy center operations, supervise staff, and optimize financial performance while delivering a full patient caseload with exceptional care.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive referral-based growth, manage budgets, and maintain clinic quality. The role includes relocation/sign-on incentives, annual bonuses, education reimbursements, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Manage facility operations including cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
